Amstel Open in online forum, exhibition and magazine
Our project “Amstel Open” was presented on 20th November 2020 in an online seminar at Pakhuis de Zwijger, presented at ARCAM and published in the magazine “Het Stadsranden-lab: nieuwe typologieën voor de kreukelzones van de stad”, which can be ordered via this link: https://bna.nl/producten/het-stadsranden-lab
Together with Clubhaus Architecten, M3H and ROC Amsterdam we created a vision for the Amstel area as an urban fringe open and accessible for all. Through the creation of a landscape park, natural qualities are combined with water storage, recreation and urban functions offering much needed green value to the constantly growing neighbourhoods of Amstelveen and Amsterdam Zuidoost.
“Amstel Open” was part of the Urban Fringes Lab, an initiative of BNA Research and ARCAM.
