Commissioned by the Dutch Governement and in partnership with RVO agency and County of Kiambu and County of Uasin Gishu an integral planning approach, pilot project and business case for a Regional Agro Industrial Cluster is developed to establish an enhanced value chain in regional food sectors in Kenya. A business case for two consolidation centres have been made with local business input. The planning stage is delivered up to support material for the business cases. The design of spatial frameworks for locations in conjunction with business component, led to final report presentation to County officials and County Governors, and cooperation with Kenyan business at the Uasin Gishu location at Moi’s Bridge Park.
